Description

Make your opening night experience even more special and join us before the performance for dinner at Kevin Taylor’s at the Opera House. These events include prosecco and mingling, an elegant three-course meal with wine pairings, and intermission receptions with complimentary prosecco.

This menu will focus on the Tyrol Region; a mix of Italian, Austrian, and German influence.

Salad Course:
Baby Arugula Salad, Cambozola, Fennel, Poached Pears, Hazelnuts, Mulled Wine Vinaigrette (v, gf)

Main Course:
Short Rib “Osso Bucco”, Butternut Squash Fonduta, Braised Cabbage, Herb Spatzele, Apple Pepper Mostarda 
**Vegetarian option: Butternut Squash Ratatouille, Eggplant, Tomato (Vegan) (GF)

Dessert Course: 
Black Forest Panna Cotta, Dark Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Almond Cake, Amaretto Cherry Compote, Mascarpone Whip (gf)
